Every vehicle is examined in Dubai by an independent expert before purchase. You receive the full inspection report with photos and a complete written cost breakdown before you decide. Payment is only made after your explicit decision, and we confirm every step of the import in writing. You stay in full control at all times.

The timeline depends on the shipping route, customs clearance and TÜV appointments. As a rule it takes a few weeks from confirmed receipt of payment. You receive your expected schedule in writing beforehand, and we keep you informed about every milestone.

Our fee is a commission of five percent of the purchase price, already included in the displayed price for vehicles from our collection. All further items such as transport, customs, taxes and TÜV are listed in writing before you decide. There are no hidden surcharges.

We fully prepare every vehicle for German registration and arrange the TÜV approval including all required modifications and documents. These costs are already part of your written breakdown. You take over a vehicle that is ready to be registered in Germany.

A manufacturer warranty from the Emirates is not automatically valid in Europe; whether and to what extent it is honoured depends on the manufacturer. We check and disclose the warranty status of your chosen vehicle before purchase. In every case the independent inspection report documents the actual condition before you decide.

Gladly. The vehicles are located in Dubai and can be viewed there in person by appointment. If you prefer not to travel, you receive the detailed inspection report with photos and, on request, a personal video presentation of the vehicle.

You pay only once the inspection report and the total price are in front of you in writing and you have made your decision: the full amount in a single, clearly defined step. There is no deposit and no online payment through the platform. We agree the payment route with you personally and confirm receipt in writing. Only then does the import begin.

You register as a dealer with your company details. CarAgent reviews every registration personally, including a valid trade licence in the United Arab Emirates and verifiable vehicle histories. After a successful review we activate your account and you can list your vehicles.
