Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via this platform between German Luxury Car Trading L.L.C (hereinafter the "Provider") and the customer, regardless of whether the customer is a consumer or an entrepreneur. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply. Any conflicting terms of the customer are rejected; they only become part of the contract if the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

Section 2 Services

The Provider arranges, inspects, purchases, imports, clears through customs and registers vehicles from Dubai. Depending on the order type, this includes: the offering of listed vehicles (LISTED_VEHICLE), the search for a desired vehicle (WUNSCHAUTO), the personal on site purchase handling (CONCIERGE) as well as transport, customs clearance and registration (LOGISTICS). The specific scope of services results from the respective order confirmation. An inspection with a condition report is carried out before purchase; delivery and processing times are guideline values and not guaranteed dates.

Section 3 Payment

No deposit is charged. The full amount is due before processing begins; the order is only processed after confirmed receipt of full payment. Possible payment methods are bank transfer, cash payment as well as crypto/USDT. Each payment is confirmed manually by the Provider. An invoice is provided as a PDF for every order. Amounts may be stated in different currencies depending on the agreement; the amount stated in the invoice shall apply.

Section 4 Commission

A service commission of 5 % of the sales price applies by default to dealer vehicles. It is already included in the stated price and is deducted from the amount to be paid out to the dealer; no additional costs arise for the buyer as a result. Differing rates may be agreed per dealer. The price including commission valid at the time of publication is fixed, so that orders already placed remain unaffected by later changes to the rate. Any search or desired vehicle fee is agreed separately and in advance.

Section 5 Ownership, Transfer of Risk, Warranty

Ownership of the vehicle passes only upon full payment. In the case of shipment, the risk of accidental loss passes upon handover to the transport company, but towards consumers only upon handover of the vehicle to the consumer. The statutory provisions apply to the warranty. For used vehicles, the warranty towards entrepreneurs may be excluded; towards consumers the statutory minimum periods apply.

Section 6 Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The mandatory protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Amendments and additions must be made in text form.
